According to preliminary information, the white pickup truck, driven by an unidentified male, crashed into the Tesla Cybertruck, which then collided with two other cars on the freeway off-ramp. Video footage obtained by KTLA shows first responders extricating the driver of the white Chevy pickup that crashed into the Cybertruck.

The driver of the white pickup truck was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition. No other major injuries were reported. The Tesla Cybertruck sustained rear-end damage as well as minor front-end damage due to the chain reaction crash. The extent of the damage sustained by the two other vehicles involved is not known.
Witness Account
One witness to the crash described the situation unfolding quickly. According to Devin Duckworth, the Tesla Cybertruck pulled up at a red light when the white truck continued driving behind it and failed to stop, hitting the Tesla and pushing it into a van and an Infiniti.

Reports indicating the crash was caused by the man falling asleep at the wheel were not confirmed by law enforcement officials. The incident is currently under investigation.
