Actress and singer Rainey Qualley, daughter of Andie MacDowell, has welcomed her first baby with partner Anthony Wilson. The newborn’s arrival marks the expansion of Qualley’s family, joining mother Andie MacDowell and sister Margaret Qualley.

Rainey Qualley has officially become a parent. The singer and actress, who releases music under the name Rainsford, welcomed her first baby with her partner, Anthony Wilson.
Qualley shared the news on her Instagram account, where she posted the first photos of her newborn baby. In one photo, she can be seen breastfeeding her baby and cuddling them as she sat in a chair. Qualley also included a few photos about the newborn, who was nestled in a onesie in one snap.
The newly minted mom wrote in her caption: “12/10/24 at 2:21am ✨ one week in the world.” Qualley has been sharing updates about her pregnancy on social media since September. She first announced that she was expecting her first baby with a cheeky post, where she shared a photo of herself in front of the Tower of Pisa in Italy wearing a white tank-top romper that accentuated her bump.
The singer wrote: “This is how babies are made. 😎” Since announcing her pregnancy, Qualley has shared several maternity pictures on her Instagram account, including one of her and Wilson together. In a black-and-white shot, the couple stood outside together as Qualley displayed her stomach. Wilson looked into the camera and held a mug that read, “Dad.” They also included other shots from around their garden in the carousel.
Andie MacDowell’s Family Grows
Qualley is the daughter of actress Andie MacDowell and sister of actress Margaret Qualley. Her mother has also expanded her family recently. In March 2023, MacDowell brought her daughter as her date to the Oscars, where they walked the red carpet together. MacDowell is also mom to daughter Margaret, 30, plus son Justin, 38, with ex-husband Paul Qualley.
