Real Madrid has become the first club to record over €1 billion ($1.04 billion) in annual revenue, according to the Deloitte Football Money League. The Spanish and European champions topped the ranking with a staggering €1,045,500,000 in income.
Revenue Breakdown
The club’s revenue was comprised of €248 million in matchday revenue, which more than doubled compared to the previous year due to the redevelopment of the Bernabéu Stadium. Broadcast revenue accounted for €316 million, while commercial revenue reached a record high of €482 million, increasing by 19% compared to last year.
Dominance in Revenue
Real Madrid’s dominance is evident in their matchday revenue, which significantly surpasses any other club, including PSG with €170 million. Their commercial revenue also outstrips all rivals, solidifying their position as a financial powerhouse in the football world.
