Chris Pratt recently shared an update about his home amid the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires, which have forced thousands of residents to evacuate their homes.
Pratt’s House Miraculously Spared
While many homes were destroyed by the fires, Pratt’s house “miraculously” remained standing. The Guardians of the Galaxy star took to Instagram to document his first visit back home since evacuating earlier this month. He shared a video of his return, speaking about what he was seeing.
“Miraculously it’s still standing,” Pratt said. “By the grace of God, we have four walls and a roof.” He expressed gratitude for their safety but acknowledged that many others were not as fortunate.
Anna Faris‘ Home Destroyed
Pratt also confirmed that his ex-wife Anna Faris lost her home in the fires. A rep for Faris previously stated that she and her family are safe and grateful, but unfortunately, they have lost their home.
Many celebrities have been affected by the wildfires, with over 100,000 residents evacuated and nearly 16,000 structures destroyed. Some of the notable stars who have lost their homes include Paris Hilton, Ricki Lake, Cameron Mathison, Billy Crystal, Adam Brody, and Leighton Meester.

Pratt left his fans with a message of hope, expressing that they are resilient and will get through this together. He prayed for LA and all those impacted by the fires, thanking God for their blessings.
“It’s been a tough few weeks, but we’re resilient,” Pratt said. “We trust in God and consider it all a blessing.
