The Kansas City Chiefs have secured their third consecutive Super Bowl appearance, and tight end Travis Kelce marked the occasion with a romantic kiss from his girlfriend, pop superstar Taylor Swift.
Swift was in attendance at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, cheering on the Chiefs alongside Kelce’s family. The 35-year-old singer-songwriter sported a black Louis Vuitton jacket, red tights, and black boots for the AFC Championship game against Buffalo.
A Familiar Foe Awaits in Super Bowl 2025
The Chiefs will face a familiar opponent in the Eagles in Super Bowl 2025. Kansas City topped Philadelphia in a thrilling championship game two years ago, 38-35, with Kelce and his older brother, Jason (then an Eagles center), becoming the first siblings to play each other in the Super Bowl.
Jason retired after the 2024 NFL season and has since become an analyst for ESPN. The Chiefs will look to secure their fourth Super Bowl win under Kelce’s leadership, with the game set to kick off on February 9 in New Orleans.
A Repeating History
This marks the third consecutive year that Swift and Kelce have shared a romantic moment after a Chiefs’ victory. Last January, they shared a similar embrace when the team knocked off the Ravens en route to a Super Bowl win over the 49ers. Swift also attended the championship contest in Las Vegas last February, where she cheered on the Chiefs alongside Kelce’s family.
